Posters

The maximum permitted size for posters is A0. If you would like to print your poster in Granada, there is a copy centre close to the venue where you can do it. Send the poster to copisteriaprincipe@gmail.com indicating the size you would like for the poster, and that you will attend the Galactic Bars conference that will be held at ETSA next week. They will have the poster prepared for you to pick up and pay on Monday. You can also take your poster directly to the copy centre using a pen-drive on Monday and they will print it then.

Electricity

Supply is 220/240 volts CF, 50Hz with two round-pin plugs used across the country. International travelers from outside EU may require an adaptor socket.

 

Passport and Visa requirements

Spain has a high-standard healthcare system offering a mix of public and private services. Several public hospitals with accident, emergency, and outpatient services are located in Granada. Comprehensive travel insurance is always recommended.

Banks: As a general guide, banks across the city are open for business Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 14:15 pm. Some banks in local shopping centres are also open on Saturday (with varying opening hours).

Automatic teller machines (ATMs): ATMs are located throughout the city and will recognize cards issued by most banks.

Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted across the city by most outlets.

Currency exchange: Licensed money change services are available at the Spanish Airports and at numerous Bureaux Change points located throughout the city. Most banks also offer currency exchange services.
